Who we are

What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form: full name, email, phone, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message. We do not ask for card or other payment details.

Why we use it

To reply to your request with availability and the price and, if you wish, to make the booking. We process these details because you ask us for an offer before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not send newsletters and we do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes.

Where it goes

• The request is sent by email to the hotel’s address, which is hosted on Google’s Gmail service.
• The website is hosted on a server inside the European Union.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to complete our exchange. If a booking is made, the booking details are kept for as long as Greek tax and hotel regulations require.

Cookies and external services

• The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only one technical cookie that remembers the language you chose.
• The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
• The Google Maps link on the getting-here page opens Google’s website, where Google’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, to restrict their use or to object to it. Email us at almahotelkv@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your details properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
